The only American snowboard boot brand that could be German or Swiss. They have won so many awards in the past for snowboard boot design that it is a shame to even talk about them. All RIDE snowboard boots have narrow heels, which is a particularly lucky fact for us Hungarians. This is achieved not only by narrowing the linings, like other snowboard boot brands. In a unique way, the outside of the boot, from the Achilles to the ankle bone, is as concave as a real human foot. There is no other snowboard boot cut like this in the world! If someone has ever had their heel move in their snowboard boots, then RIDE will definitely solve the problem. The lining of RIDE boots is a removable Trademark "Intuition" lining material, which adapts to the foot from body heat in fifteen minutes and regains its original size after cooling down. These snowboard boots can be made narrower due to the heat-forming, and they are also very durable. They are difficult to break and are very good insulators. This professional lining material is only found in the most expensive Burton, K2, and 32 snowboard boots.

- - -

This is not the end of the list of advantages that make RIDE snowboard boots different from the others. While all the big snowboard boot companies make a point of using low-rise, flexible soles only in their premium snowboard boots, RIDE already also makes professional, extremely expensive soles for its basic shoes (Ride Orion HUF 38,000). Why is this important? Because of two things. On the one hand, the low shoe sole brings your feet closer to the snowboard, so you will be much more stable, more skilled, and develop faster. On the other hand, the plantar muscle can move over the flexible snowboard shoe sole, so it doesn't get numb. It makes snowboarding all day much more comfortable.

- - -

What else makes RIDE snowboard boots extraordinary? Finally here is a snowboard boot design company that designs shapes for several different feet. RIDE snowboard boots are almost all narrow at the heel, but there is a selection of narrow, wide and medium sizes at the toe. There is a model for big, tall big toes, and there is also an option for those whose second and third toes are longer. I respect RIDE snowboard boots for one more thing: they didn't go for the cheap TLS, FASTLACE systems. You can already see that only the oldest developed American BOA system has really worked out of the quick lacing systems, the rest are actually savings in comparison. It is no coincidence that the world's leading snowboard boot manufacturers lined up exclusively behind the BOA system at the premium level. Traditional lacing certainly works better than the other systems. I myself use either the BOA, or the traditional lacing snowboard boots, or a mixture of these, the so-called I recommend hybrid snowboard boots. Of course, we offer Fastlace or TLS system shoes are also for sale, but I think sooner or later these will disappear in the sink. I consider such snowboard boots acceptable only in the category under HUF 50,000. By the way, the servicing of these jerky systems was never solved. BOA has quick lacing, and traditional snowboard boots do.

- - -

A few more "small" merits: the lightest snowboard boots, AEGIS antimicrobial linings, special soles developed together with Michelin, 3D shaped snowboard tongues. Since 1990 I have had a pair of snowboard boots from Trans, Burton, Choc, Nidecker, Salomon, Nitro, K2 top boots... But RIDE is somehow different. RIDE SnowboardsThe brand was founded in Redmond, Washington, in 1992. It started with only 4 board types. The goal was to create a technically very innovative, high-quality snowboard company. The top and emerging riders liked the first product line. The hard work and the agile advertising campaign brought immediate success. In order to meet the growing demand for snowboard and skateboard clothing, they also founded a clothing company in 1994, CHAPEL (We already imported it to Hungary in 1996.) The clothing company RIDE later grew out of this, which is a brilliant fusion of sporty, youthful street fashion and a snowboard line.

- - -

In 1995 the company moved to Prestion and it started the PRESTON brand of bindings. Which has been a unique name in the snowboard market.-industry. The aluminum bindings now known as RIDE have become market leaders and are consistently winning awards for being the lightest, most durable and most responsive (feedback-controllability) bindings. RIDE's success is also outstanding in terms of sales: there was a year when 52% of the entire American market bought RIDE bindings. - - - They also produced snowboard boots - modestly at first. But the shoe development program renewed in 1995 has grown considerably and has become an award-winning collection. Today, RIDE shoes are characterized by revolutionary design features. They are the lightest shoes in the world and the shortest boot in terms of capacity on Earth. The only shoe brand that has also shaped the anatomy of the human heel on the outside. RIDE introduced the body heat-adapted INTUITION technology and arguably the best heel-supporting shoe in the world. In 1995, it acquired the USA's most respected snowboard factory, (Thermal Snowboards Inc.) The success came after that. RIDE Manufacturing used for the first time State-of-Art technologyState-of-the-art technology was introduced during production and testing. It soon made it one of the most modern snowboards on the market. RIDE, now a giant company, also built a new factory in Asia and doubled its production capacity. Quantity did not come at the expense of quality, in fact: they continue to create industry-leading equipment, bringing out technological innovations one after the other: Carbon Array, Membrain cover sheets and PopRods technology.

- - -

The company recently moved to Seattle and continues to be a "distinctive face" brand on the global market.“RIDE is a huge company, but it’s not about being the biggest, it’s about being the best at what we do and the goal is to remain a truly great snowboard brand,” says Ben, the company’s CEO. According to a demographic survey, 80% of RIDE snowboarders in the USA snowboard 11-30 days per season, and 20% snowboard 50 days. How interesting that the official average is only 9 days in a season.www.ridesnowboards.com

["GET
