WHAT IS ROCKER?

ROCKER i.e. BELLY.
Well, this is the biggest invention in the last 15 years. We owe the invention to a super deviant named SHAUN McCAUNKIE, who was kicked out of the ski academy in America. (He later became the greatest Basejump skier of all time with Guinness records...)
He wanted to create a very tolerant deep snow ski that is as good in deep snow as snowboards. He left the Camber and took the water planes as a basis, which are bellicose, i.e. ROCKER. Deep snow was so good on this brainless ski that it revolutionized skiing and probably kept a lot of great snowboarding talent for skiing later.
There is no fixed point of contact at ROCKER. Therefore, the slats and boards do not have a definite nose, or a definite end. The more I tilt the vehicle, the longer the working edge surface is, and the more vertically I hold it, the smaller it is.
And the vehicle of this shape does not dig into the deep snow, but floats on top of it.
But it has one big problem, it doesn't last on an icy, polished track, I drift off very quickly.
When I bought my first such skis, the others couldn't believe that I would be following them in deep snow in the forest on the 190cm ski. It worked the first time though. On the frozen ski slope in Murau, I was paralyzed after all this like a beginner at the first ball.
So the ROCKER had excellent manoeuvrability, but we would fall off the icy ridges with it.

CAMROCK or HYBRID or just CAMBER/ROCKER
The last step in the development of snowboards and skis was when the ROCKER and CAMBER zones were added to the slats and snowboards.
The big solution was the following: CAMBER between our two legs, this will help on the ice and in the turns, ROCKER in front of the first leg, this makes it easy to turn everywhere, and it floats beautifully in deep snow. If we have a TWIN board, there is a ROCKER in front of the butt and behind the back leg. In addition to the nose and tail, the large ROCKER zones also enhance the possibilities of tail and nose tricks.
