Snowboarding and skiing are accident-prone, sometimes life-threatening sports, where the risk of personal and equipment injury is particularly high.

The ski and snowboard factories do not assume any responsibility for personal injuries that occur while sliding!

Equipment left for service during the season and not taken over can be kept for one month after the end of the season, after which we are unable to store it any longer.

GUARANTEE IS VALID:

Regarding skis and snowboards we only offer guarantee for the glue of the layers So only if the board/ski becomes unusable due to poor quality gluing.
The damage of the inzerts or the detachment of the cover are in the guarantee!

GUARANTEE IS NOT VALID:

The companies usually dont offer guarantee for breaks of the equipment - unless it is caused by the detachment of the layers
There is no guarantee for damage of the bottom or the side, neither crack of the binding.
There is no guarantee for when “drilling” the tail or nose into the snow” or “when it comes off”, acting in a line ..40
