So what else can come?
My favorite is the TAPERED BOARD SHAPE.
This is not to be understood from the side but from above.
The best example is "FISH" the shape of a fish. The nose of the snowboard is much wider than the tail.
The difference, TAPER. What is this good for? For building a super agile, oversteer snowboard. These boards turn themselves out of the fall line.
This is an incredible advantage for beginner freeriders, but it is an advantage forever. A different feeling.
My friend Ákos Horn explained it for years, and I didn't understand it. These big headed snowboards looked too silly! But I lost a lot of time before I realized by myself how much of a miracle it is. He was shown by Burton Craig Kelly, I was shown by Hammer Stream.
For a long time it was not possible to get such boards here. Now there are many: eg Jones HOOVERCRAFT, FLAGSHIP, SLASH NAHUAL, RIDE ALTER EGO, KORUA Puzzle, Burton Fish, Nidecker Legend, FLOW DARWIN, YES 420, etc.
